By using this Site or engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that:

Formal engagement of TrustForges services is subject to a separate signed service agreement or statement of work between TrustForges and the Client. Until such an agreement is executed:

• Any information shared informally (via the contact form, email, or otherwise) does not constitute confidential information unless covered by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
